Making Dough on Commerce Street:
Milk and Cookies Bakery Positioned for Sweet Success

As my interview with Jennifer came to a close, I realized that I couldn't possibly leave without trying a sampling of the bakery's celebrated treats. I opted for three cookies, including: sugar, chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle. Each cookie, I happily observed, was soft, chewy, and mouth-watering. Had I so desired, I could have also chosen to design my own dozen, with my choice of ingredients ranging from mint M&M's to butterscotch chips to something more daring such as mango or apricot. In fact, the design-your-own option would have been baked while I waited. Contentedly, however, I realized that Milk and Cookies Bakery is just a short walk from classes at New York University, so I could surely come back soon to concoct a customized cookie batch.
Thus, in the opinion of this Oppy reporter, Milk and Cookies Bakery is well-positioned for sweet success - fueled by the entrepreneurial goals of Jennifer and Marc Limotte and the bakery's scrumptious cookies that are sure to bring a smile to even the most scrutinizing cookie-lover. Milk and Cookies Bakery is located at 19 Commerce Street, New York, New York. For more information, visit: www.milkandcookiesbakery.com.
