Deutsche Bank offers several platforms for women to network both formally and informally. These include the ATLAS program (Accomplished Top Leaders Advancement Strategy), which helps senior women managers to prepare for Board positions and DNEW (Deutsche Network to Empower Women). DNEW provides opportunities for women to discuss issues specific to women working in finance, to participate in workshops aimed at professional development, and to attend networking events.
Christine is also actively involved with SWIB Alumnae, a group that helps keep female students connected to and involved in the Stern community after graduation. Currently, SWIB Alumnae is working to raise funds to donate a lounge as part of the new concourse project. In future years, SWIB Alumnae plans to be able to set up scholarship funds for incoming women. Christine's goal is to see "the women of Stern increase their impact on the Stern community [because] we have the unique ability to both organize and nurture."
These diverse avenues have enabled Christine to develop a strong network over the course of her career, and she is now spearheading the effort to give back to the SWIB community. Christine provides an admirable example of the flexibility, leadership, and ingenuity that enable women to be successful in today's evolving professional landscape.

I thought this debate was about them, as opposed to featuring them. Whoops.
