Once your friends are categorized, it's time to restrict what the different groups can see. Go into the Settings -> Privacy Settings -> Profile Information section of Facebook. Here you can control what parts of your profile can be seen by which people. In almost all cases, you want to select the "custom" setting. Here you decide who can and cannot see each part of your profile. "Make this visible to: Only Friends" and "Hide this from: "People I Know" and "Hell No." In the "Hide This From" section you can either type in category names or individual people. Make sure to go through each profile category as well as each photo album.

After categorizing all of your friends and changing your privacy settings, make sure to test your profile by using Facebook's "Preview My Profile" functionality (found in the profile settings page). This tool allows you to enter a friend's name and see how your profile looks to this friend. Test out several friends in the different categories you've created and adjust your settings as necessary.
Going through this process takes at least an hour if not more. After the initial setup, you only need to remember to categorize new friends. After you're done, it will all be worth the peace of mind that no recruiter will see those pictures of you {you can fill in the blank here}.

In my opinion you are mistaken. I can defend the position. Write to me in PM.
